Beehive Ginger Zingiber spectabile 

We have lots of ginger plants on the site; not all of them are edible, such as the beehive ginger below. However, the flowers contain a surfactant, which makes a perfect hair shampoo.

Spectacled Caiman Caiman crocodilus

We have at least two caimen on site, Shrek and Fiona, about 4 feet long

Nurse shark. Ginglymostoma cirratum 

A nurse shar and rays often visit the dock; don't worry, they are harmless, but like all wild animals, don't try to touch or feed them. Nurse sharks are on the RED list as endangered
