2. Exclusive Pickup Policy (No Shipping Available)
- In-Store Pickup Only: All items purchased on this platform must be physically collected by the buyer at our establishment in Bahía Honda, Isla Bastimentos. Seahorse Point S.A. does not provide home delivery, domestic shipping, or international courier services.
- Collection Window: Items must be picked up within [e.g., 14 calendar days] from the date of the receipt of the "Ready for Pickup" email confirmation.
- Requirements for Collection: To collect your items, you must present the original digital or printed invoice, a valid Panamanian ID (Cédula) or Passport, and the physical credit/debit card used for the transaction. If a third party is collecting the order, they must present a written authorization letter signed by the account holder along with copies of both IDs.
3. Pricing and ITBMS Taxes (Law 473 Compliance)
- Total Sales Price: All prices displayed on this website are final and include the 7% ITBMS (or applicable luxury/liquor tax rate), in strict compliance with Panamanian Law 473 regarding total price transparency.
- Currency: All transactions and displays are processed exclusively in US Dollars (USD), the legal tender of the Republic of Panama.
4. No Returns, No Refunds, and "As-Is" Final Sales
- Final Sale Agreement: All online purchases made through this website are considered strictly final.
- No Returns or Exchanges: Seahorse Point S.A. does not accept returns, item swaps, or exchanges once the digital transaction is executed and processed.
- No Refunds: No monetary refunds (whether to credit card, bank transfer, or store credit) will be provided under any standard circumstances.
- Mandatory Pre-Leave Inspection: Because items are collected physically on Bastimentos Island, the customer is required to unpack and inspect the product's condition, operation, and specifications on-site at our location prior to leaving the premises. Once the customer leaves the physical store with the item, it is mutually agreed that the item was delivered in perfect, satisfying condition.
5. Exclusion of Product Warranty
- "As-Is" Status: To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, all goods sold on this website are provided strictly on an "As-Is" and "With All Faults" basis.
- No Express or Implied Warranties: Seahorse Point S.A. explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Manufacturer Exception: If a product carries a direct warranty provided solely by an international manufacturer, the customer must settle claims directly with said manufacturer's authorized service center in Panama, completely bypassing Seahorse Point S.A.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any unresolved disputes arising from purchases on this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent consumer protection authorities (ACODECO) or civil courts located in Panama City, Panama.
