Seahorse Point

The moto for Belfast Irealnd..."Pro tanto quid retribuamus... What shall we give back in return for so much?" We are all part of nature and must live in harmony, do no harm and try to do some good. We need to regenerate ecosystems, the life support systems for nature, upon which we all depend for our survival. Humanity has destroyed 90% of nature since 1900. The mission of Seahorse Point is to raise awarness and to provide the tools that we will all need to survive the future.

Forests of all types are critically important for the health of the planet. They sequester carbon dioxide and produce oxygen, they also generate a biogenic aerosol which forms rain clouds, hence the name rain forest. They cool down the planet and provide an environment for millions of other plants, animals, fungi and bacteria. We can not survive without trees and must do everything we can to prevent their destruction.
