Join Martina in the outdoor kitchen at the Seagrass Café on Sunday 22 November: Traditional Tamales of Panama. Forage on site, make them together, eat them for lunch. Three hours. 72 hours notice. Minimum six people. All prices are per guest.
Your card is held, not charged, until your session is confirmed. Some experiences run only with a minimum number of guests. When the minimum is reached we take the payment and email your tickets. If it is not reached, we release the hold and you pay nothing.

Traditional Tamales of Panama with Martina$90
Forage on site, make them together, eat them for lunch. Three hours. 72 hours notice. Per guest. Minimum six guests, maximum eight. Boat transport is included (pick-up 10am from Bocas Docks, 10:15am from Old Bank municipal dock and 10:30am from Red Frog; back at 3pm; each boat carries 10 guests, so if more than 10 guests are booked across all activities, the extra guests go on a second boat with pick-up at 11am, 11:15am and 11:30am from the same places and back at 4pm).
