Ocean acidification

We absolutely have to address ocean acidification as an existential threat to our survival. We have already passed the tipping points;

and are now well on our way to the endpoint.

What does this mean?

Marine life in the oceans is the life support system for the planet; we will not be able to survive more than a few years if there is a marine ecosystem crash. On the basis of the available information, especially ocean acidification and pollution levels, this will happen in 5 to maybe 20 years. This is not a maybe? it will definitely happen unless there is massive intervention to revers the decline in pH

We need to stop all pollution, especially lipophilic toxic forever chemicals, plastic and partially combusted carbon from entering the system. We need to stop destroying ecosystems and regenerate communities, and we need to start raising the pH by the addition of calcium carbonate minerals.

If we do not do these things, then most of us will not survive. I am not scaremongering; it really is that bad, and I fail to understand why governments are not acting upon the available information.

The mission of the Goes Foundation and Seahorse Point is to reach key individuals and advise them of this wicked problem.
