docks and moorings

Work is required on the docks to repair and upgrade; currently, the water depth is 1.5 to 2 metres. Fingers will be installed and extensions will be made to give a working depth of 3 m. Tidal height is only 300 mm so any boat with up to 2.2 m draft will be accessible.

We will also be laying up to six mooring buoys in 4m of water.

Onshore facilities also have to be developed, but will include;

  • Toilets, biogass, methane used to generate power and cook
